Kickboxing school

This is a wonderfully equipped Dojo with great equipment, facilities and the highest level trainers. I would recommend this Dojo to anyone but the thing that sets this Dojo above others is the warm and friendly environment that makes this such a great experience and welcoming for younger trainers and families looking for somewhere for their little ones to grow.

I trained hear back in 1998-2001, when i was 11-13. Now i have children, i though why not join my child up (he was 4) So i joined my son, then the times they did the classes to my wk hrs and moving warehouse for work i could no longer make any of these classes. (as i worked 45 mins from my sons school) so by the time i finish wk 4pm, M-F and sat 9-1pm....and got to my sons after school care then taekwondo classes, the class would have finished.so then i changed from kids taekwondo to kids kickboxing and it was only offered 2 times a week, which i could barely make in the end being finish wk, traffic, pick up son, drive to ATI.end of the day please note the below,WHEN SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH ATI MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD WANTS TO DO IT FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS AND THAT IF YOU ARE A WORKING PARENT THE TIMES MATCH YOUR LIFE STYLE, (I couldn't help that my hrs and location changed after i signed this contract) however ATI don't care, they just want the monthly $$$THEY WILL NOT LET YOU TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TAKING MONEY OUT PER MONTH NO MATTER WHAT. BACK IN 2001 WHEN I ATTENDED, IT WAS MUCH MORE EASIER TO PUT ON HOLD AND TERMINATE CONTRACTS IF NEED BE! ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN SOOOO YOUNG I AM SO GLAD MY CONTRACT HAS NOW ENDED, HOWEVER NOT GLAD THAT I'VE PAID $1000+ FOR NOTHING.Definitely shop else where for martial arts, ones that offer month to month no cancellation fees. especially for very young children, whom change their mind all the time!!My sons father attended a couple of trial classes there, then he filled out paperwork but didn't add bank details in, so they couldn't lock him in a contract, however he advised me he was chased and chased for these bank details AND HE ENDED UP BLOCKING THEIR NUMBER, so he decided to not go ahead with it because of this.Never again!!ex ATI martial arts customer - 1998-2001.

Grayson has been my professor for over 10 years now.He is one of the most kindest and generous man I know. Grayson is a great mentor to everyone at Legion 13 and he brings to the table a wide variety of Jiujitsu, passion and knowledge.I wished I met Grayson at younger age.Legion 13 is the best place to learn Jiujitsu in WA.

My 14 year old son has been attending Scrappy MMA for approximately 5 months. I can honestly say there is no place like it! He has tried every sport under the sun and nothing has ever “clicked”. Since Jake has started attending his behaviour has completely shifted. He is more confident, respectful, calm and just an absolute pleasure to be around. There is absolutely no where like this that I have ever experienced. All of the staff are like family to him, they take the time every single day to make him feel welcome and a part of something. I can’t thank all of the Scrappy instructors enough for playing such a crucial role in his life. Thank you so much!

Spear Dojo is a family orientated club, with all instructors being extremely friendly and approachable . It is a friendly and safe environment for children of all ages.My daughter started Spear Dojo when she was 6, she is now 14, and aiming towards her black belt. She has learned how to defend herself and has improved in her confidence. She is now an assistant instructor, which has given her some responsibility. and she enjoys helping the younger children.

Kaizen lab is a great community for bjj. Their warm welcoming staff members and training partners are excellent for those who want to improve in bjj and even beginners who aren’t sure what bjj is. If you ever have any thought in your mind about Brazilian jiu jitsu and want to give it a try I strongly recommend starting your journey with kaizen lab!

Kelly and Kevin are very passionate about karate and Martial arts and they share their enthusiasm with the kids. Great classes to build self confidence and discipline.

Amazing club with experienced instructors. I have noticed the improvement in my son and friends child, They are both much more confident and disciplined and have lots of fun at the same time! Thanks so Much Kelly and Kelvin!

My 2 children have been attending Cobra for over 4 years. Their confidence and physical endurance continues to grow with every lesson. All the instructors are very competent, supportive and more then willing to spend extra time one on one if my child needs extra coaching mastering any particular skill. Great family friendly environment. I look forward to the many more years at Cobra seeing my children develop and master the many forms of martial arts that Cobra offer.

Honestly like a second family, the enviroment of growth and encouragement is amazing, been at the gym for almost 4 years at this point and wouldn't change it for the world. doesn't matter whether its a technique or life advice, the people here always want to build you up and see you grow. made some absolutely amazing friends being here, and look forward to continuing my training.
